Pat Williams has lived in the Ukiah area for over 20 years. She received her real estate license in 1982 in Southern California becoming a second-generation realtor. She also has experience in property management, bookkeeping, finance and loan processing.

She has found the Ukiah Valley a wonderful place to raise her two children. She also has personal knowledge of the Ukiah area and the local real estate market. Pat has been involved in the community serving as treasurer for the Mendocino County Board of Realtors. She has also been a volunteer coach for Pop Warner Cheerleading for 7 years as well as a board member for various fundraisers.
